Report shows rise in consumers feeling misled by TELCOs

Our communication networks are one of the most complained about services according to a new report from the telecommunications industry ombudsman. Cynthia Gebert death with about 63 000 complaints lodged over nearly two years when compiling the review. She says some of the stories she has heard outlines clearly what need to improve in the industry.
