People in badly flood-affected parts of the state's north coast urged to move

People in the most flood-affected parts of the state's north coast are being urged to consider selling up and moving to higher and drier ground. The head of the new Northern Rivers reconstruction corporation expects to release details of a voluntary buy-back scheme before the end of the month. It's just part of the long and complex rebuilding and recovery process.
