Nagsagawa ng operasyon ang PNP-HPG sa Makati at Pasay. Huli ang mga motoristang gumagamit ng wang-wang, blinker at gumagamit ng hindi otorisadong auxilliary LED lights.

Bistado naman sa operasyon ng I-ACT ang isang abusadong ambulansya sa Parañaque. Bukod sa sari-saring paglabag gaya ng pag-counterflow at pag-wang-wang, puno pa ito ng pasahero.
