In this video we are here with a notification from Blue World City for Defaulters, Blue World City has recently shared a notification for the defaulters who haven't paid the instalment from past 6 months in Overseas Block or General Block, For those Defaulters what Blue World City has done is that it is going to revise the rates of those defaulters into new prices.
The Defaulters will now have to pay an Estimate of 5 Lac rupees more as compared to the old prices
If we talk about 5 Marla Plot Size then the updated prices that the defaulter will now have to pay in total will be 14 Lac 90 Thousand rupees.
This step is towards positivity, Blue World City has moved one step further and is not leaving the instalment phase and not transforming it self into an On Ground Reality now.
