How will the helpline number issued by VHP work?

After the murder of Kanhaiyalal in Udaipur and Umesh Kolhe in Amravati, VHP and Bajrang Dal have taken a stand against all Hindus. VHP has issued a helpline number for those Hindus, who are being threatened by Jihadis. VHP and Bajrang Dal say if police are not helping Hindus then we will help ourselves.
