Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann tied the knot for the second time with Dr Gurpreet Kaur in an intimate ceremony at his residence in Chandigarh. AAP chief Arvind Kejriwal and Raghav Chadha attended the ceremony and congratulated the couple. Dr Gurpreet Kaur hails from Haryana and holds a MBBS degree.
