Disabled woman injured by taxi driver

Kelly is disabled, and was travelling along Park Parade where the taxi driver tried to pass another vehicle. He failed, slammed on the brakes, and she fell forwards out of the chair and into the passenger seat. She was taken to QA hospital with chest and rib injuries. Both were extremely upset that no apology was given by Andy Cars.
