"The rebel Eknath Shinde camp has been on a high since they have gathered the support of two-thirds of the Shiv Sena legislative party, and the numbers keep swelling. in a big relief to the Shinde sena, the Supreme Court on Monday put an interim stay on disqualification proceedings against 16 out of the 40-odd rebel MLAs till July 11. These 16 MLAs had been served disqualification notices by the Maharashtra Assembly Deputy Speaker for not attending a party meeting convened by Uddhav Thackeray earlier this week.
after the apex court judgement, the mood in the camp has been high.
