The Yorkshire Wildlife Trust is looking to improve diversity on its board of trustees as it wants the perspective of all communities in the region.

Entrepreneur Gurdev Singh joined the board four and a half years ago. We met him at Brockadale Nature Reserve in Pontefract to talk about the importance of diversity.
