Silt Clearing Starts on Yellow River Before Flood Season

The annual water-sediment regulating operation of the Yellow River, or discharging water to clear up sediment in the river, before the flood season this year was launched at the Xiaolangdi Reservoir, central China's Henan Province, on Sunday, according to the Yellow River Conservancy Commission under the Ministry of Water Resources.
