Northern Rivers residents wanting to put homes on stilts left waiting years

Building houses on stilts is still one of the best ways to protect houses from rising waters as it's relatively cheap and it's subsidised under a state government program. But residents in the Northern Rivers wanting to put their homes on stilts say they've been left waiting years with no help.
