Continous protests are being witnessed against the Government's Agnipath scheme, in Bihar and Uttar Pradesh districts. Protesters torched a truck and a bus in Bihar's Jehanabad. At the same time, youths also demonstrated in Jaunpur, Uttar Pradesh. In Masaudhi, people set fire to vehicles on the road. An AajTak journalist and a cameraperson covering the ongoing protests against the Agnipath recruitment scheme were allegedly attacked by protesters outside Taregna railway station on Saturday. The protesters also attacked the police and the media. The station was ransacked, the picture of Mahatma Gandhi was also damaged by the violent protestors. Watch this episode.
