Guru ji of Chhatarpur of Delhi, towards whom people have immense devotion and reverence. It is said that in every era some incarnation came who crossed everyone. In this Kali-yuga, only Shiva can get us across the ocean of the universe. For the upliftment of mankind, Shiva himself had to come in human form. No one can praise the glory of Shiva without the wish of Shiva and it seems that Guru ji came in the form of Shiva.
