Arizona Wildfires Create Fire Tornado In Flagstaff As Pipeline Fire Burns Thousands Of Acres

Arizona Pipeline fire has covered nearly 23,000 acres, reported CNN. On June 12, the Pipeline Fire began burning about six miles from Flagstaff. By June 15 evening, 27% of the fire was contained, as per InciWeb. As per InciWeb, two smaller fires in the vicinity, the Haywire Fire and Double Fire, are now combined and called the Haywire Fire, and grew to 5,065 acres in size. A press release from the national forest said that hot, windy and dry conditions have hampered firefighting efforts, reported CNN. More than 2,100 homes were placed under mandatory evacuation orders, reported Reuters. A smoke tornado formed from the fire was captured by an eyewitness. Hundreds of people have been evacuated till now. Thousands have been asked to be prepared to be evacuated soon.
