केंद्र सरकार की तरफ से सेना में भर्ती के लिए लाई गई नई स्कीम 'Agneepath' का देश के कई राज्यों में भारी विरोध हो रहा है,इस बीच अब बसपा सुप्रीमो मायावती भी इस योजना के विरोध में उतर आई हैं। उन्होंने सरकार से तुरंत अपने फैसले पर पुनर्विचार करने की मांग की है।मायावती ने कहा कि केंद्र सरकार की इस योजना के खिलाफ छात्रों में गुस्सा है और वह खुलकर सरकार और इस योजना का विरोध कर रहे हैं. मायावती ने ट्वीट कर कहा कि सेना में नई भर्ती की योजना को लेकर युवाओं के मन में उपजी आशंका और निराशा को देखते हुए सरकार को अपने फैसले पर फिर से विचार करना चाहिए
