Problemado ang isang customer ng Manila Water matapos maputulan ng koneksyon ng tubig nitong Mayo. 'Yan ay matapos nilang hindi makabayad ng kanilang bill na bigla na lang daw lumobo
sa P31,000 mula sa karaniwan na higit P200 lang. 'Yan ang idinulog nila sa Sumbungan ng Bayan.
