A government college in Puducherry, Tamil Nadu has taken an initiative to improve the environment. Tagore Government Arts and Science College has converted 15 acres of barren land in the campus into an urban jungle by planting 5000 saplings.

TamilNadu के Puducherry मौजूद एक सरकारी कालेज ने पर्यावरण को बेहतर बनाने के लिए एक पहल की है। टैगोर गर्वनमेंट आर्ट्स एंड साइंस कालेज ने परिसर के 15 एकड़ बंजर जमीन को 5 हजार पौधे लगाकर शहरी जंगल में तब्दील किया है।
