Short film “11 Weeks” set against the backdrop of frequent conflicts between Hindus and Muslims in India's unstable Kashmir region. 11 Weeks tells the story of an elderly Kashmiri Hindu scientist who lives in a nursing facility. Following the terrorist bombing of his family, he has developed a loathing for Muslims. Now he has to put up with a young Muslim boy who is required to visit him as part of his community service sentence. Over 11 weeks, rising confrontations in the region between the two religious sects transform their relationship.
