Delhi Police has registered an FIR against Nupur Sharma, Naveen Jindal and AIMIM Chief Asaduddin Owaisi suspended from BJP in connection with the provocative statement. Now the question arises that, what is the law in the country in the matter of hate speech, and what are its provisions.
