Commonwealth, state and territory energy ministers have agreed on a plan to improve energy reliability and affordability but it won't deliver relief from the current crisis. The leaders met for urgent talks yesterday and have agreed to a range of medium term responses. The federal government says there is no silver bullet for surging energy prices but it will pu tthe nation in a better position to avoid future price shocks.
