A young lady who is the daughter of an ex-chief of police (cast: San-ha Oh) is murdered in a particularly gruesome fashion by a serial killer. Unknown to that serial killer, that lady was recently engaged to a Korean secret agent (cast: Lee Byung-hun). Can he escape his wrath?
