DIG SECURITY DR. MAQSOOD AHMED FULFILLED WISHES OF LITTLE STARS OF MAKE-A-WISH FOUNDATION
DIG Security and Emergency Services Division Dr. Maqsood Ahmed invited the little stars of Make-A-Wish Foundation at Special Security Unit (SSU) Headquarters and fulfilled the wishes of 15 children.
The children varying of different ages are suffering from diseases like thalassemia, let ventricle dysfunction, acute lymphoblastic leukaemia and Ewing sarcoma.
On the occasion, DIG Security said that little children suffering from chronic diseases need to be taken care which would help increase their courage and strength to live life joyfully. He appreciated efforts of Make-A-Wish foundation to make lives of the children full of happiness.
The little stars were happy to see their wishes coming into reality, the children, especially their parents thanked DIG Security for fulfilling the wishes.
Make-A-Wish Pakistan is an affiliate member of Make-A-Wish Foundation International, dedicated to the most cherished wishes of critically ill children. Since its inception Make-A-Wish Foundation Pakistan has granted thousands of wishes of critically ill children, thereby enriching their lives with hope, strength and joy.
With the help of donors and more than 43,000 volunteers around the world, Make-A-Wish has collectively granted more than 500,000 wishes worldwide. This means a life-changing wish is granted every 16 minutes on average.
