Legendary singer-songwriters Rico Blanco and Ebe Dancel are coming together for a concert next week. The show is produced by Blanco's artist management and record label Balcony Entertainment. It will feature some of its rising artists like Maris Racal, Zild Benitez, and 'Never The Strangers'.
