Despite not appearing on the Buckingham Palace balcony the Duke and Duchess of Sussex have "unofficial" plans, which may be unknown to "the powers that be" including attending Friday's Service of Thanksgiving at St Paul's Cathedral, according to commentator Camilla Tominey. She warned of a "circus following their every move" during the celebrations.
