Ex-Archbishop of Canterbury Lord Rowan Williams of Oystermouth, 71, sat down with Kirsty Wark, 67, on BBC Newsnight as the pair looked ahead to the Queen's Platinum Jubilee and discussed the Government's Rwanda immigration policy.
