Sidhu Moose Wala's father has written to Punjab CM Bhagwant Mann, seeking an investigation by CBI, NIA or by a sitting judge of the Punjab and Haryana high court into his son's murder.

Shubhdeep Singh aka Sidhu Moose Wala’s father, Balkaur Singh, has registered a complaint with the Punjab Police, stating that the singer had been threatened by several gangsters over phone. He said gangster Lawrence Bishnoi had threatened him multiple times and that was why he had kept a bulletproof car.
