The beating of Uttarakhand BJP is very fast. The reason is the by-election to be held on Champawat assembly seat. From where no one else but the reputation of Pushkar Singh Dhami is at stake. The same Pushkar Singh Dhami who had contested from Khatima seat in the Uttarakhand assembly elections and lost. Despite that, Pushkar Singh Dhami was made Chief Minister by the BJP high command. According to the rules, it is mandatory for CM Dhami to win from any one seat in the state. In such a situation, the party won from Champawat assembly seat.

उत्तराखंड बीजेपी की धड़कने बेहद तेज़ हैं। कारण है चंपावत विधानसभा सीट पर होने वाला उपचुनाव। जहां से किसी और की नहीं, बल्कि पुष्कर सिंह धामी की प्रतिष्ठा दांव पर लगी है। वही पुष्कर सिंह धामी जो उत्तराखंड विधानसभा चुनाव में खटीमा सीट से मुकाबले में उतरे थे और हार गए थे। उसके बावजूद पुष्कर सिंह धामी को बीजेपी आला कमान ने मुख्यमंत्री पद पर बैठाया था। नियमों के मुताबिक सीएम धामी को प्रदेश में किसी एक सीट से विजय प्राप्त करना अनिवार्य है। ऐसे में पार्टी ने चंपावत विधानसभा सीट से उन्हें मैदान में उतारा।
