'Strong arm and shoulder muscles are the keys to success and the baby boy featured in this video has realized the same at a very young age.
In this impressive clip, shared by Kacey Bromell, a dad can be seen helping his one-year-old son get hold of a pull-up bar. After that, he leaves the little fitness freak on his own and stays right behind him to catch him, shall he drop.
Amazingly enough, the youngling manages to hold his own for multiple seconds.
"My baby loves lifting his body weight at the beach," Kacey commented.
