CNBC reports a recent survey may indicate the Great Resignation isn't stopping soon.
The survey by PwC found that 1 in 5 workers from 44 different countries intends to
switch jobs in the next year.
Experts say better wages and the
search for more fulfilling careers
have driven workers to switch jobs.
35% of those surveyed say they plan to ask their employers for higher wages this year.
