UP Budget: Metro in Gorakhpur, 2 Gas Cylinders Free per year

In Uttar Pradesh's budget of Yogi Adityanath, from running metro in Gorakhpur and Banaras, it has been announced to distribute two gas cylinders free of cost in a year.
