Black Bear Clings Onto Telephone Pole in New Jersey Suburb

In a suburban town, people were surprised to find this bear climbing up a telephone pole and surveying the area below. His little stunt left the area of the town disheveled as the streets were closed and police patrolled the area to figure out a solution to the situation.
