Prince Charles heads to Westminster Abbey as he is 'filling in' for Queen at key event

The Prince of Wales headed to Westminster Abbey on Tuesday, May 24, to lead the ceremony of the Oath and Installation of Knights and Dames Grand Cross of The Most Honourable Order of the Bath.
