I feel like front raises become forgotten by many people. It is important to strengthen the anterior shoulder and upper chest region. We not only want the aesthetics, but the strength and balance is crucial. When we train the posterior, lateral and now front of the deltoid; we become balanced. This is key for preventing injury and maximizing your gains.
