Cebu City Health Department introduces curtain impregnation method to residents to combat dengue

Cebu City Health Dept. Workers and Barangay Health Workers from Talamban introduce the curtain impregnation method to repel or kill dengue-carrying mosquitoes to residents. The method is done by soaking curtains with insecticide and hanging them in dark areas of the house.
The city logged 422 cases and 13 deaths due to dengue in the first five months of 2022 - the most number in Central Visayas. (MB Video by Juan Carlo de Vela)
