'As long as we have people like Victor Peña Bilbeny among us, there's still hope for humanity.
This compelling video kicks off with Victor approaching a garbage can from which a kitten's cry for help can easily be heard. After finding the poor animal buried under bottles and whatnot, the filmer decides to take him home.
"I went out for a run and heard a noise," the kindhearted man said. "I found a kitten in the garbage. He was shaking, hungry, and scared. He was no more than two weeks old. Since he reminded me of the Dobby doll, I named him Dobby.
"Little by little and with love, he is growing strong and healthy. Now he doesn't have to worry, he already has a family."
The footage also shows Victor winning Dobby's trust before introducing him to his fellow pets.
