People in the Northeast are battling rain and floods. A heavy rain alert has been issued in Uttarakhand till May 24. Many states of the country are facing floods even before the monsoon. Uttarakhand is on Orange alert and its effect can be seen on Chardham Yatra whereas most districts in Assam are devastated by floods. Watch this show with Rajeev Dhoundiyal.
