Chen Tang Jie-Peck Yen Wei captured the gold medal in the SEA Games badminton mixed doubles event on Sunday (May 22), ending Malaysia's 23-year-wait for gold in the mixed doubles when they overcame their own teammates Hoo Pang Ron-Cheah Yee See 15-21, 21-19, 21-13 in a thrilling final.
