Former Punjab Congress President Navjot Singh Sidhu has surrendered before a Patiala court. Let us tell you that the court has sentenced Sidhu to one year in a 34-year-old road rage case. The court's order came on Thursday. Since then it was believed that Sidhu could surrender before the court within the next 24 hours. On the other hand, if he did not surrender, the Punjab Police would have gone to arrest him.

पंजाब कांग्रेस के पूर्व अध्यक्ष नवजोत सिंह सिद्धू ने पटियाला की एक अदालत के समक्ष सरेंडर कर दिया है। आपको बता दें कि अदालत ने 34 साल पुराने रोड रेज के एक मामले में सिद्धू को 1 साल की सजा सुनाई है। कोर्ट का यह आदेश गुरुवार को आया था। तभी से यह माना जा रहा था कि सिद्धू अगले 24 घंटे के अंदर कोर्ट के सामने सरेंडर हो सकते हैं। वहीं अगर वो सरेंडर नहीं करते तो पंजाब पुलिस उन्हें गिरफ्तार करने जाती।
