India stresses upon constructive dialogue to eliminate food security challenges amid Russia-Ukraine conflict

Minister of State for External Affairs V Muraleedharan, while addressing 'Global Food Security Call to Action' ministerial meeting at the United Nations, stressed upon constructive dialogue to eliminate food security challenges amid Russia-Ukraine conflict on May 19 (IST).
“The food security challenges emanating from the Ukraine Conflict require us to respond creatively. It's obvious that an early diplomatic solution to the conflict is of paramount importance,” he said.
The minister further said, “India has been consistent in calling for a diplomatic solution through constructive dialogue between the two sides. Prime Minister of India has himself stressed this aspect in his discussions with the respective leadership.”
