Banalam Pithe Puli-Very tasty

Makar Sankranti (Poush Parvan) is a very holy day for Hindus. The night before, we Bengalis made different kinds of steamed puli. I made bhapa pitha of various designs by making puri of chanchi (khoya), coconut, sesame and rama dal. I also ate this morning.
