Lots of people love brownies, including me. Do you know that brownies have another sibling named blondies?
Blondie also means as a blonde brownie, it is a white chocolate version of brownies. These homemade lotus biscoff blondies taste so delicious and a bit more light in flavor than brownies, just perfect to have for dessert.
A little twist I made here is by adding some lotus biscoff on top of it, the perfect combination of butterscotch flavor from the blondie and a nice crunch from lotus biscoff biscuit.
I always have these white chocolate blondie with a glass of milk, so good !

In order to make these homemade lotus biscoff blondies, you'll need:
110 gr butter
100 gr brown sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
140 gr flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
