Utilize useless things like old newspaper, old magazines..
Third edition of Newspaper Art Tutorial.... In this tutorial I am using Transparent Photo colors to make a painting. I have used Transparent color as a water color technique.
You have to be very careful about the behavior of watercolor on the paper. Sometimes the paper absorbs the colors fast and make it spots. To avoid this we should moisten the paper lightly beforehand. Once the color is applied, paint should be applied only after it dries. By doing this the transparency of the colors is maintained and the pictures get attractive. When using transparent colors, always apply lighter colors first and then gradually use darker colors. As shown in the video.

आपको कागज़ पर पानी के रंग के व्यवहार के बारे में बहुत सावधान रहना होगा कभी-कभी कागज़ रंगों को तेजी से सोखते हैं और इसे स्पॉट बनाते हैं इससे बचने के लिए हमें कागज को पहले ही हल्का गीला कर लेना चाहिए। एक बार रंग लगाने के बाद सूख जाने पर ही रंग लगाना चाहिए।
ऐसा करने से रंगों की पारदर्शिता बनी रहती है और चित्रों में मोहक दिखते है ।
पारदर्शिय रंगों का उपयोग करते समय हमेशा पहले हल्के रंगों को लगाएं और फिर धीरे धीरे गाढ़े रंगों का उपयोग करें। जैसा विडियो में दिखाया गया है।
