Jharkhand's IAS is associated with Pooja Singhal, where the ED has arrested her after a long interrogation. Singhal had on Wednesday appeared before the Enforcement Directorate (ED) for the second consecutive day in connection with the money laundering probe related to alleged embezzlement of MGNREGA funds and other allegations in Khunti.
