The system of animal sacrifices on Mount Moriah ceased in 70 A.D. when Titus and the Roman army destroyed the Jewish Temple. Since Messiah Jesus was the fulfillment of these sacrifices, why does prophecy say the ritual sacrifice of animals will resume when Jesus returns and sits on the throne?
