Division over plan to build Hells Gate Dam in Queensland.

Ahead of the election campaign, the federal government announced 5.4 billion dollars to build the long-anticipated 'Hells Gates' dam in North Queensland. The Prime Minister argues it will turn the region into an Agricultural powerhouse but critics say it would create the most expensive water in Australia too expensive for farmers to use.
