Pandemic recovery forefront of Victorian Government budget

Treasurer Tim Pallas has put pandemic recovery at the forefront of his eight budget with a major investment in the health system. With one eye on the November, the election, the government is trying to play its strengths but continues to ramp up debt to pay for all its projects net debt will hit a staggering 167- billion in four years time. There's no new taxes but the tax continues to grow. The government will also recruit a swathe of new teachers, police and triple call takers.
