The Election Commission has issued a notice to Jharkhand Chief Minister Hemant Soren asking him to explain his stand on allegations that he issued a mining lease in the state to benefit himself. If the charge is proved, he can be disqualified as a member of the state assembly.

निर्वाचन आयोग ने झारखंड के मुख्यमंत्री हेमंत सोरेन को एक नोटिस जारी कर इन आरोपों पर अपना रुख बताने को कहा कि उन्होंने राज्य में एक खनन पट्टा खुद को फायदा पहुंचाने के लिए जारी किया। आरोप साबित हो जाने पर उन्हें राज्य विधानसभा के सदस्य के तौर पर अयोग्य घोषित किया जा सकता है।
