De Lima wants drug charges dropped after star witness recants

First, it was self-confessed drug dealer Kerwin Espinosa. Now, a former Bureau of Corrections chief who alleged that he brought ₱5 million of drug money to Senator Leila de Lima's house in 2012 is taking back his word. Rafael Ragos says he was just coerced to testify against the senator.

With this, the senator wants the Justice department to immediately drop the drug charges against her.
