Nuclear War: Putin gave ultimatum to NATO

Russian President Putin has openly said that Russia has such weapons that no one else has and if someone interferes in their affairs, then the weapons will not be shown only as a showpiece, but will be fired directly at the target. Putin, in a way, has given an all out ultimatum to NATO and has told that he has a blueprint in his mind to go to any extent and start a nuclear war.
