Elon Musk has taken control over twitter in one of the biggest deals in the tech world. The Tesla founder has managed to acquire the social network for approximately $44 billion with shares valued at $54.20. Elon Musk had called his offer the 'last and final offer' via a tweet on April 16th. Musk now plans to make the platform 'better than ever'.
